In fashion early 1920s More than a passing resemblence to the Tam O'Shanter
Like all soft fabric headgear this hat seems to take on the character of the wearer. It is distinguished by the front brim which is turned back above the forehead forming a cupid's bow over the wearers brow. The look was made popular by silent film stars and can be seen as a big-girl's Tam O'Shanter.
